The Tax Institute’s Women in Tax Network and its Queensland Women’s Tax Collective proudly introduce the next Women in Tax ‘Inspiring Leaders’ lunch, with our honoured guest, Raynuha Sinnathamby.

Raynuha embodies what an Inspiring Leader is, and we are honoured and delighted that she has agreed to share her experiences with us.

This event will give you the opportunity to hear from Raynuha Sinnathamby and learn from her about leadership experiences, the importance of resilience and what drives her to excel in an industry that is changing to embrace diversity.


Raynuha Sinnathamby, Managing Director, Springfield City Group

Raynuha Sinnathamby is the Managing Director of Springfield City Group, the development group behind award-winning satellite city, Greater Springfield. After graduating from The University of Queensland (UQ) with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, she practised property law before joining the Springfield City Group in 1998 as Director of Corporate and in 2013 she was appointed Managing Director.

As Managing Director of Springfield Land Corporation (now Springfield City Group) since 2013, Raynuha has overseen some of the key development phases in the 27 years of the project, resulting in the development of a sustainable and diverse community of over 42,000 residents. The Group is also striving to create 50,000 local jobs.

Raynuha’s leadership and industry contribution was acknowledged in 2013 when she was the second female to be appointed as president of a leading Industry Group in Queensland.
