BRAVE THE STORM AND REACH YOUR SUMMIT WITH JENNY WILLIAMS

The Women in Tax members loved her introductory presentation last year and asked us for more. We heard you and we are pleased to announce, Jen is back and bringing her energy, insights and props! We will commence with a networking session which will lead into our sit down breakfast and then we will be joined by Jen Williams.

The world of Sport, Business and even Home life have challenges and issues that are often related to the world of psychology. Be it “Mental Health”, “Group Dynamics” or Peak Performance, there are ideas that can be examined and behaviours that can be learned and practised to help individuals thrive in their environments.

From the "Build it and they will come" world of the AFLW to the phenomenon of the glass cliff, Jenny will share personal and professional insights into the challenges we face in our current environments, the challenge of creating change and some solutions that we can adopt. If you love the insights of Freakonomics, enjoyed movies such as League of Their Own, Remember the Titans or Moneyball and want to see how close your personality is to a Good Psychopath then you shouldn’t miss this session. Jenny promises to educate, entertain and give you ideas to overcome entropy and challenge regression to the mean.

We welcome all supporters of diversity and empowering women in the workplace no matter what your gender.
