Daniela Cavalletti is an accomplished copywriter, editor and ghostwriter who heads the international team of content creators at Cavalletti Communications ('CavaCom'). Originally from Europe, her career has taken Daniela around the globe, and seen her work in environments from international corporations to SMEs. Daniela applied her talent for analysing facts and telling stories to book publishing, investment banking, marketing, and the film industry before starting her own business. Now in its 10th year, her content development company helps businesses across all industries and sizes to get their message across and boldly stand out.

Rae Smith, Property Representative
Rae Smith’s tagline is ‘A Real Woman in Real Estate’ and she has found a balance managing life as a single parent, a thirteen-year career in Real Estate sales and a passion for performing arts. You may have even seen her current marketing campaign on the side of a Metro bus!
Rae currently works with the team at Flanagan Residential and this boutique agency has allowed her the flexibility needed to successfully raise her special two, Oliver and Zoe. Rae is particularly passionate about helping buyers navigate the complexities of the real estate market, and she believes that her integrity, transparency and open communication are key factors for her success. Rae deeply values building long lasting relationships with her clients.
In 2018, after a 7-year hiatus from the stage, Rae was honoured by the Tasmanian Theatre Council with the award for ‘Best Leading Female in Community Musical Theatre’ for her role in Encore Theatre Company’s production of ‘Blood Brothers’. This was one the greatest personal highlights of Rae’s life, but she always acknowledges that none of it would be possible without the support of her ‘village’.
