Daniel Smedley, CTA: Principal, Sladen Legal
Daniel is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Tax Law and holds a Master of Taxation. Daniel is the principal author of the Trust Structures Guide published by The Tax Institute and a regular presenter at industry conferences and workshops. Daniel primarily advises businesses and high net worth individuals in relation to business and investment structuring, trusts, succession planning and taxation law. Daniel has been recognised in both Best Lawyers and Doyle’s Guide in 2016 and 2017 in relation to tax law.

Kristy Merganovski
Kristy is an associate in Sladen Legal's business law team and works primarily in the areas of taxation, trusts advice and structuring, and tax efficient commercial contracts and transactions.
