With the business landscape continually changing, it becomes crucial that advisers stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and issues which affect their client’s current and future structuring and business practices, including expanding and acquiring assets.

The annual North Queensland Tax Symposium has once again been designed to provide advisers with an extensive insight into the current landscape of tax with this year’s event looking closely at duty affecting private businesses. As always, a key outcome of this event is to arm delegates with the practical know-how and technical expertise required to maximise the outcomes of structuring and restructuring, transfer duty, managing division 7A, dealing with real property and other crucial areas of tax law which will affect their clients’ business objectives.

Containing both structured technical sessions as well as a workshop, this year’s programme includes key topics relevant to the overall theme, being delivered by subject matter experts, ready to share their vast knowledge and experience.

This event is essential to those who advise private business in the North Queensland region.
